Cardinal is wonderful, fast and easy to work with...I ironically needed help with two properties in the last couple of months that were in possible flood plains; Shelly was able to pull up FEMA and get me an answer so we could make an offer without the worry of the potential flood plain. I also needed a last minute boundary survey...I ordered it on a Thursday and had the drawings and stakes by the next week in time for closing AND she gave my buyers a reasonable price.
